Information regarding the current situation
Update – 01.06.2020The production of magnets in China returned to normal levels at the end of March. All shipments from our suppliers arrived as scheduled and our warehouse is well-stocked.
Part of our customer service team is back working at the office again. However, for safety reasons, others will continue to work from their home offices. Regardless of office location, the entire customer service team continues to be readily available at the usual contact details and is looking forward to your orders.
During the past few months, we were not able to allocate the usual number of staff to the warehouse and logistics due to protective measures. But, through enormous flexibility, the team was nonetheless able to fulfil all orders on time, for which we are most grateful. Here too, we have resumed working without any restrictions since the middle of May.
Thus, we continue to process and ship your orders with the promptness you have come to expect. However, depending on the capacities of the parcel delivery companies, minor delivery delays are still possible in certain regions.
15.03.2020The current situation could lead to delivery delays because logistics providers are overburdened. Therefore, it could take a little longer than usual before your ordered items arrive.
Your health and that of our staff members are our highest priority. That is why we introduced different measures to keep you and us safe. The supermagnete-team is currently working from home and operations continue as usual. Everyone here as well as at our shipping provider Murghof has been informed about the guidelines applicable at this time and they are rigorously implemented. We are constantly monitoring the latest developments regarding the pandemic and, if necessary, will take further steps to protect our health.
